HOW TO BUY
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
You are welcome to place your order by email, please list the card reference number (which can be found in the catalogues) and quantity. Payment is due before the order is dispatched, we will notify you of the full amount due including shipping. Payment can then be made by cash (in person only), cheque, electronically or any credit/debit card through Paypal. A link to pay via Paypal or bank details will be sent by email as appropriate.
Alternatively you may download and fill in the order form and send by post with your cheque, or if you wish to speak to a human please phone

ORDERING
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt; once an order for a custom product has been placed and printed it is not possible to cancel. All greetings cards available on this website are printed to order and are custom products. Postcards are stock items and the order may be cancelled if not already dispatched. Production times for each product vary, where we print the product we aim to dispatch within three days, often sooner. If you need your order urgently, or by a certain deadline, please contact us first, we will do our very best to help you.
If for any reason a product cannot be supplied or is not available we will inform you as soon as possible, stock levels are not guaranteed.
